Nagyszerű The hotel was very clean and located in a great location. The London Bridge was a short walk away with food options nearby.

Room was available early so was an added bonus, location is really good and staff were very good.
Watched the World Cup final in the hotel bar where the food was good and food and drink prices were good especially for a hotel, overall very good experience.

From the front desk to the café, every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and attentive to detail. The rooms are elegant, thoughtfully appointed, and evoke a true sense of respite after a day exploring London. Every detail reflects genuine hospitality, making for an exceptional stay. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. - B and Mohammed were exceptional. Close to the London Tower, Tower and London Bridges, Lendenhall market, bars, restaurants and other hidden gems.

The hotel, restaurant, and staff were very nice and the food was good. What I did not like was the room location. We booked a two queen bed room to sleep four. The room was nice and clean. The problem is it was located in the basement so we had no view of the city at all. There is no description anywhere on the reservation or website this where these rooms are located. We would not had stayed here or would have changed our accommodation to two adjoining rooms.

New hotel interior. Everything very clean. A bit of confusion on check in which could have been smoother. Think some staff are still learning the job which is understandable.
Rooms are very compact but have everything you need. Bathroom very small but again fine for a short stay.
Air con great. Coffee machine good.
Bed not overly comfy but fine for one night.
Great location, easy to walk to various tube stations or over the bridge to borough market.
Would probably stay again but would want a larger room.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Staff were exceptional we didn’t eat but the food we did see coming out of the kitchen looked amazing and we could only hear good things being said by other customers. Have recommended and will definitely stay again

Room was great nice and clean
Hotel location is great very close to lots of bars and restaurants and other sites
Staff was great especially Jaya at front she was very patient and very helpful.
