Qlusive hotel was amazing the staff were so friendly from the moment we arrived the room are done to a high standard you won’t be disappointed

Sadly this hotel was not of the quality one would expect by the price and advertising. Overall feel was cold and distant…rooms were small and the single beds substantially more narrow than standard single. There were strange “rules” like no outside food or drink (yet there wasn’t even milk provided for in-room coffee), and a €10 if you lose the plastic key card…what? Turns out Breakfast was expensive and be sure to ask if it’s included because the front desk told us when and where but not that it wasn’t included…big surprise bill upon check out 😔. The bar prices are outrageous and the pizza tasteless.

Upon arrival, the front desk told us that we had to pay an extra $230 because I booked the room for one person. On the third day, when we asked for the breakfast menu and ordered something, they told us that it was extra as well. So whenever you book through Expedia, make sure you understand everything; otherwise, it feels like you have to pay for even the air you breathe.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The room was well appointed and spacious. The staff in the restaurant were so pleasant, responsive and timely. The food was varied and tasteful. The spa manager was professional and accommodating and we so enjoyed our treatments! The front desk was a mixed bag but for the most part, able to give good service. The valets were great!

Exceptional hotel, enjoyed the hotel facilities including the ottoman package of bath and massage. The breakfast and Italian restaurant were great and staff were so helpful and friendly -would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a new hotel
