A bit far from the public transport (you have to walk about 20 minutes) but great hotel, very confortable and very clean

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was cleaned every day and the restaurant staff was very welcoming and warm, as well as being extremely accommodating.

i dont reccomend.. ssauna does not work, location is awful, housekeeper guys openin room door without asking twice.

Definitely a remote location with no easy transport options. You can pay 6 Euros per PERSON for a shuttle to train station or airport. Breakfast was 22 Euros each, so we skipped it. They did store our bags before we checked in and that was a good value, but it costs $$ to get out there.
The pillows are awful. I'm not sure how that happened. Other details are pretty nice, including a kettle.
Decor is a nice color scheme, it's tasteful. The staff varied from very helpful and kind to pretty indifferent and impatient.

The trip from the airport to the hotel was free but 6 or 8 dollars to go back. It is also out in middle nowhere in a hotel complex so options are leaving our greatly reduced period

My room did not get cleaned in 2 days. I went to the desk to complain after the first day and asked for more towels. Never received the towels or the room was never cleaned. Asked for refund for buffet I prepaid for on the 15th & also the 18th because we left too early and breakfast wasn't out. The buffet was terrible, food was old and tough and not warm at all. This is a terrible place to stay. I'm prior military and traveled all around the world. This has to be on the lists of places I would never visit again and I pulls recommend staying elsewhere!
