From reception on arrival to departure, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good indeed except for the coffee which wasn’t up to the usual standard.

Parking is a rip off £45 per night , breakfast was poor no fresh fruit salad no Jam or marlade only one choice of egg no mushrooms

The hotel is close to various shops in Hammersmith and about a 10 minute walk from the tube. All of the staff we spoke to were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself gives you exactly what you need and is great for the price

Very basic and average hotel. Room is extremely small and location next to train railways. Always loud noise from railways, A/C was not working so to get fresh air had to open window. Bed is uncomfortable. breakfast plain: beans, eggs, ham and cereal and breads. Solo traveler on a budget probably OK but i will not stay there again. Consider this: bus/train stations 10 minutes walk, when it was rain the taxi, for less then a kilometer, cost me 11 UK pounds, or 18$. Food options around hotel are insufficient.

An excellent stay at Hammersmith Holiday Inn Express.
Easy check in, lovely room, amazing hot breakfast included free of charge.
Perfect location right in the centre of Hammersmith close to
Lots of restaurants and a short walk to the tube station and buses.

Nagyszerű Used this hotel before in Hammersmith. Great location, easy access and decent sized rooms. The facilities were of a good standard and a decent choice for breakfast too.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall , I would recommend the hotel.
I do think they need to look at the pricing. Whilst I fully understand that London prices on a Friday will be higher than average, what I do not understand is that after booking well in advance, the exact room , on Expedia whom I booked with, was £42 cheaper if you booked on day of travel?
Surely if you book well in advance the pricing should reflect that?
