Great location, near subway stops, felt very safe, close to a Family Mart, Don Quixote, etc. The hotel room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We came back to the hotel at the end of our trip and stayed there again, partially because we really liked the hotel and because they held on to our larger suitcases while we toured Kyoto. Only complaints, if any, is that there’s no place to hang out in common areas if you bring in outside food…we had to eat them in our hotel rooms which didn’t exactly have much space so we were eating on the bed. Also ordering an uber was a bit of a fiasco but that was probably a user error (just make sure you have Yotel set as the location). We never ate at the restaurant but it always had customers. We had drinks though.. tasty but expensive. Overall very happy with the hotel and staff is friendly and helpful. Loved that they had a scale to use too!

Great location.

Everything was good but we had bed bugs in our room which made the first couple of days very uncomfortable. The staff was quick to act and give us another room. I think it was quite hot and the aircon kept defaulting to 22 degrees even after we set it to 20 so we woke up quite a few times in the middle of the night sweating (esp. July when it's hot). All in all, we didn't really enjoy the stay as much as we'd like, however, the place was always clean, friendly staff, and super close to the train station.

We had a wonderful stay at YOTEL Ginza. From the moment we arrived, **Keiko at the front desk** made us feel so welcome with her warm, friendly, and helpful service. She went above and beyond to arrange for our luggage to be sent to our next hotel when we were having trouble using the online forwarding platform. Her kindness and efficiency made a stressful situation incredibly easy. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, which is typical for Tokyo, but they're thoughtfully designed and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner are lovely, the bed is very comfortable, and we slept well every night. The location is fantastic—it's an easy walk to Ginza's shopping, restaurants, and public transit, making it the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend YOTEL Ginza, especially thanks to the exceptional hospitality from Keiko.

Lovely modern hotel. Good location. Friendly staff.

The hotel was very modern, environmentally conscious, and was in a good location for travel. Close to the train and subway stations. Centrally located in Ginza and near many ships and restaurants. Easily walkable. Check in and out were very simple. The rooms had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

One of the best hotel we stayed in. Close to areas that you can walk to. Staff is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Free pajamas delivered to you room by a robot is a plus. Next to family mart!
