Fantasztikus This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!

I booked this trip last minute for my sister's birthday as due to some unexpected health news, we couldn't travel. From the moment we checked in we were so glad we made the decision to do a staycation. At the Check In desk we were greeted by Anna who was so welcoming and good natured. She was so kind and helpful and really made us feel at home. The room was perfect, a great size with amazing views of the Thames and the London skyline. We ended up having room service for dinner as we were quite tired but it did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was delicious and it was such a treat. An unexpected highlight was their herbal teas - expensive but well worth it. We also had breakfast in the room and it was excellent. Highly recommend the pancakes. We did check out the spa and pool and both were very nice and relaxing. Every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful and the place is a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of London. This is a great area to stay in, so if you're looking for a centrally located hotel that isn't in the super busy areas then this is a good choice.
