This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel. We loved everything about the lobby and our room. The staff are also very friendly- especially Jose! The only thing that kept us from rating this hotel 5 starts was our check-in experience. There is no elevator, and Jose wasn't working at the time. The only person on duty was a very young woman who could not help us with our bags. So, I had to carry 4 very heavy bags up the stairs by myself. Jose was available in the morning to help us when we left.

"Pasamos un fin de semana increíble. Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación estratégica; pudimos llegar caminando a casi cualquier punto del centro histórico sin problemas. El servicio por parte del personal es de primera clase, siempre atentos y amables. Nos hospedamos en la habitación 'CARMEN' y quedamos encantados: es súper amplia y la limpieza fue impecable, ya que hacían el aseo puntualmente todos los días. Un punto importante a considerar es que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio y se encuentra sobre una calle peatonal, lo cual es ideal para caminar con tranquilidad, pero tómalo en cuenta si vienes en auto.

The room was clean, modern and quiet, in a charming renovated space. The birds sing in the morning inside the open courtyard, there is space to work, and the location of the hotel is fantastic. What kind and excellent. We recommended highly

Staff was incredible — prompt, kind and helpful (from clean rooms to helping us call a taxi upon checkout). The room was beautiful and spacious. The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything for convenience, but tucked back away from the sound for a peaceful sleep. I would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to coming again!
