The staff was always very friendly. The hotel is in a good location with lots of good restaurants around and a metro station just outside of the hotel. The area was quiet at night.

Very nice location . Restaurants ,shops and metro .
I requested an iron and I was informed they had none . No amenities available !

The location of this hotel is prefect! We walked to Gothic Quarter, Montjuic Castle and Sagrada Família. For those with reduced mobility, Metro and bus stops are within a couple of minutes walk. The hotel is in a lovely residential area with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.
The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and good shower. There was a free bottle of water per guest per night which we found helpful. We would recommend this hotel. Thanks team!

Everything worked out fine. I was very impressed particularly with the morning breakfast buffet display… The only additional suggestion I could make is to have available in the room a box of Kleenex.
