Incredible serviced, clean, convenient & personable staff. The moment we walk in and gave our reservation name, they took our bags, handed us champagne and walked our stuff to our room and that was for everyone in the wedding party and all the guests staying. Every morning, staff was waiting to serve you the complimentary breakfast which was delicious! Brunch and drinks were so good! The margarita flatbread was 10/10, the pork chop was 10/10. We will be back!! We had the best experience from customer service to every amenity!!

Great and charming place

This was, by far, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, purely because of the exceptional level of customer service we received. We were in town for Jazz Fest and to celebrate my birthday, and from the very beginning, everything was outstanding. During our stay, we did have what could technically be called a “minor” issue with the A/C in our room- except it wasn’t minor at all. It never worked the entire four nights we were there. However, the way Innkeeper Lane and his team handled the situation completely exceeded every expectation we had when it comes to hospitality and customer care. They took what was truly a major inconvenience, one entirely beyond their control, and turned it into something we barely even thought about. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so comfortable and so well taken care of that we simply cannot speak highly enough about our experience. Kudos to the owner for building such an incredible team. Beyond the service, the hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous. Every design detail was thoughtfully executed, the food was amazing, and the staff made us feel like family. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making my birthday trip so memorable

A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

The whole experience was amazing!!! The staff were very friendly and professional.The food was fantastic. we will be staying at the Copper Vine from now on when visiting New Orleans.

I went for my 5 year anniversary and I can say that we loved our stay. The staff always made sure we were well accommodated from the moment before we arrived to the inn until the very last day. The energy and vibes were amazing and relaxing. It exceded my expectations. The food and restaurants facilities were also wonderful.

Beautiful small inn. Extremely helpful staff. Quiet district with an easy walk to the French Quarter and trolley. The restaurant was excellent.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The restaurant was great and the hotel bar was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Highly recommend!
