Room was extremely clean and newly renovated. close to boardwalk.

The room was clean and nice and more or less as advertised. However, they are doing major renovations which was not advertised. The hotel itself was hard to find as it has no sign. The check in area is awkwardly located. The staff was helpful, one gentleman in particular. Overall, it wasn't that it was a bad stay - we just weren't expecting a place in the middle of renovation. For example, the rinse station near the pool was closed and there are no ice machines to be found. For the price we paid, we were disappointed - but had it been a few hundred dollars less and had there been more working amenities, as mentioned above, it would have been a great place to stay.

Checked in on 6/20/26 everything seem fine at first but we leave and head to the boardwalk and come back to hotel room to see ants crawling around front door and middle of room floor so I instantly contacted the front office to cancel my stay because I was uncomfortable staying after seeing ants in the room, also I have a 6 month old with sensitive skin so I definitely wasn’t staying with peat in the room! From desk said I had to contact Expedia since I booked through them and when Expedia went and tried getting a hold of oceans edge of course no one answered so I had to lose out on $600 almost $700. I would not recommend this place at all. Pictures look good but in person everything is smaller than what you see online.

Room was very clean and nice small kitchen. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Parking was great. Pool was good. Tv would not connect to internet and would not get on apps. There wasn't a shelf in the small shower to put shampoo or soap, you had to put it on the floor. There was no chair for anyone to sit on, only the bed, so not great for older people.

Updated rooms are nice. I think we stayed as they were still transitioning Roth new ownership so keep that in mind. The room had queen beds which was great. Had a sink and stove top with kitchen basics available. The problem was there but no table to eat at. Not even a teeny tiny motel sized one. So having the add ons was nice but you have to eat on your bed. Kinda weird. There is a dishwasher but ours still had parts in plastic in it so we decided not to use it. When we checked in we were never given the WiFi info and had to ask. Our AC unit dripped and pooled right in front of our door. Like having a lake right outside your hotel door. We alerted then to this and they mentioned fixing it but never did. Host was quick to reply to any questions so that was great and staff we did see was friendly. Location is anmazing and parking is handy. Thinking as they get this place updated it will be nice.

You can only check in online, including uploading pictures of your license and credit card. If you use Expedia to book, the check-in process can be a problem. The room was clean. The property was being upgraded. Close to the boardwalk. Nice pool. Free parking. The staff responded pretty quickly to questions. There were, however, several problems. Room sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds. There were no dressers or shelves for clothes, only one suitcase stand. There was nowhere to put clothes. The bedside stand, one between the 2 beds, had several outlets and USB ports. Only a few of the ports and outlets worked because it wasn't hooked up correctly. Dishwasher wasn't hooked up so we had to wash dishes by hand. Not a problem except there was no dish drainer, dishcloth or dish towel. Only 4 sets of dishes and silverware. No sharp knives (paring knife, etc). The only trash can was a small one in the bathroom. There wasn't one in the kitchen. The water temperature in the bathroom was inconsistent, sometimes cold, sometimes warm, sometimes hot enough to be comfortable but without using cold water.

The property was what was advertised. Our particular room could have a dresser in it for a place to store clothing. Also, the door lock needs a little more direction about how to use it.

Rooms were clean and staff were great. Parking is available.

This location would be perfect for a pair of collegiate students who are accustomed to dormitory-like furnishings with little or no amenities. It was absolutely NOT what I had in mind for my family of 5 which is used to modest to upscale hotel accommodations. It was nice to within walking distance of the boardwalk, but it was not worth the exorbitant fee. I’d neither stay here again, nor recommend it to a family in good conscience.

The apt was clean and def has been upgraded, but it’s kind of like they just updated and didnt really pay attention to details. The beds were comfortable. The “private balcony” was not private at all it opened to a courtyard of shared space, which had old resin furniture. The hallway to our unit was pitch black no lights at all, the key pad wouldn’t work we stood outside for 40 mins trying to get in touch with someone to get the code reset. We were able to speak to people at the adjoining Tahiti motel for help. The owner finally texted me at midnight asking if we had gotten in. This is just an extension of the Tahiti. The pool was fine but overall very dated. We also could not get our tvs to work and again had to get assistance from the motel staff. Unfortunately I would not stay here again. Could be a great find with some more attention to detail.
