The room we had was very nice, with a large balcony. The furnishings were beautiful, and the bed and linens were good quality. We enjoyed sunsets from the roof top deck. Check in process is a bit confusing, there is no front desk on site. If you have mobility issues, there are no lifts ask for a room on the ground floor. Amazing views of the Nile, large clean pool. Prior to booking, we were unaware that there is no restaurant on site, no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and food delivery services were unavailable. The hotel is a distance from town, so be aware of this-if you do not have a car, be prepared to take taxis to have a meal, bring some groceries with you (full fridge and microwave in the suite)

Room was very clean and had all the modern amenities. Staff was super helpful, specially Mary at the front desk was responding to messages immediately and was extremely supportive. Most of all the view from my upstair room was breathtaking. Hotel is at the bank of Nile and you have a scenic view from your room. Recommend this property completely.

The property is beautifully decorated and it's very comfortable. Mary was amazing, assisting us with every single request during our stay. I definitely will be back!

I loved the pool and my room, excellent amenities and great staff. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in Luxor.
