There's no doubt that the suites square footage size, walkable location and access to subways were excellent .... superbly clean and well appointed ... drawbacks, upon a two hour early arrival with bags there was no human to be found for at least an hour and nowhere was there a chair in the lobby or hallways and even when later contacting management access to the suite was not allowed until two hours at the 3pm marker ...

The location is good, you can walk to many areas, but you are NOT in the heart of Lisbon. I used a lot of Buses and Ubers. The apartment is comfortable, and clean, and 15 minutes to the airport. Black out windows and a/c were great.

The room is a bit dark, they just provide a mood light.
NO luggage storage service is provided, it cost a huge problem for me.

Room was clean, the only place was not okay was the bathroom, overall not to bad.

Room was clean and updated. Requires an app to unlock the door, which I did not realize. My fault for not reading the fine print, but the check in process was difficult for me.

Fantasztikus Fantastic location with lots of shops around. Great connection with underground, so easy to get to the down town Baixa. Highly recommended. Anyway food caffeteries and restaurants are everywhere it's absolutely amazing.
