I reserved and paid for a 2 bed, ADA room with a walk in shower. When we checked in it had a tub with rails. The only other rooms with the walk in shower only had 1 Queen bed which would not work for us. I was told there WERE no 2 beds with a walk in shower. I stayed in the 2 Queen beds room. It does not have any luggage racks in the entire hold. There are no hand towels in the entire hotel. We asked for 2 more bath towels and another bath mat and it took over 24 hours to get them. There was a kitchenette in the room, but no dishes, pots and pans or silverware. I will never stay there again.

Rooms were overall clean and well kept. The room amenities were very useful for a two day stay for a full family.

The room was clean but a few issues were found or heard. First, while the blinds could closed, they couldn't be lowered since no apparatus to do so existed, so they stopped a foot and a half above the window sill. Plus, there were no curtains to help alleviate the situation so I had to stuff my pillows in the window to block the light. Smoking must have been allowed in the rooms, and leaked out into the hallways, since the whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke. The worst though is that there was no insulation in the ceiling. Someone in the room above me was running around and jumping all evening until 12:30 am, making it very hard to go to sleep.

Clean facility. Really friendly and helpful staff, easy access, Wendy’s and Sheetz right next to property. Highly recommend

Walls were a bit thin which was only a problem because my neighbors were night owls.
