Great location! Room was nice a comfy! The only issue we had was the elevators seem to be full often and slow.

There was a little glitch with our room but the manager helped us every part of the way to get it corrected. The place was above the train station which is super convenient for us to get to and fro. Will stay here again.

Location always great. Accessibility was also as good as it gets. The space felt like a good proportioned apartment with amazing views. Very well equipped and furnished.

Quick check-in. The room was a great size for two adults and a child. The only downfall with the hotel was the elevators. Only 2 elevators. At times we waited in a line for 10 minutes!

Absolutely worth it! The hotel conveniently has direct access to the subway. There are also two subway entrances outside the hotel, making it easy to travel throughout the city. Additionally, there’s a bus station just a short walk away. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to Myeongdong night market, which is filled with numerous stores and street vendors. The WiFi worked perfectly, and the room was spotless upon checking in. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth. I highly recommend staying at Villiv in

There was an error with my reservation- the room was not available (even though the entire stay was paid for in advance, and I also received the usual confirmation/reminder emails from Expedia in the days leading up to the stay). I was moved to another hotel nearby, but would have to check out in the middle of my trip and check in again at the original hotel. It was incredibly difficult to contact the hotel, both on the original check in day and the day I had to change hotels. This was due to issues with the Expedia messaging platform- there was significant delays in the messaging platform, meaning that I could not see the messages from the hotel (with hotel details, check in information), despite them being able to see messages from me. I tried accessing the Expedia app on 2 different phones (Android/ Apple) and via webpage, with the same issue. Having to change my travel plans in the middle of my stay (in order to check out/re-check in at 12pm) AND move hotels was incredibly inconvenient, and the messaging issue (which meant even more time spent trying to contact the hotel). After all that, when I actually went to check in to the new room, the door code did not work, which necessitated another trip to "reception" to request they reset the door code. Fortunately staff were still on site (though I am unclear what the "reception" office hours are) Please note this hotel does not have onsite reception-no "front desk" or staff it is run virtually. Would not book again.

Location was good. Very close to subway, but 15 mins to Myeongdong market. Yes, long wait for the elevator. WiFi wasn’t great. I knew the size of room, but felt smaller than I anticipated. Also it wasn’t very clean. The staff responded fast enough if you want to ask a question before 10:00 pm.

Pros: Room was clean, it would be a more spacious size in comparison to a hotel. Communication was clear so it was a smooth process to check in and check out. Location was excellent, train located in the same building, in the basement. Convenience stores right outside of the building. Felt like a safe neighbourhood. Myeongdong is just a 10 minutes walk away. Cons: There was daily housekeeping but we got the bare minimum which was change of towels. We did not get daily water bottles or toilet papers. Bed and pillow was not as comfortable. Elevator was a nightmare, better of taking the stairs, but after walking over 20,000 steps a day, you do not want to go through stairs again.

Super clean room, super great location with lots of restaurants and shopping and family friendly. Overall great!
