An outstanding hotel that manages to combine a traditional Japanese aesthetic with a sleek and modern minimalist design. Suite views are also magnificent. Of course the renowned Nobu Restaurant is also in the building. Highly recommended.

Nice view to Lake Ontario

Super clean and modern… No swimming pool was the only negative point.

Such a stunning boutique hotel. The breakfast was lovely and staff were super helpful. Great location, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was unreal, with great amenities and a bathtub with a gorgeous view.

We stayed in a beautiful Miyabi Suite to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and overall it was a lovely experience. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for us was a thoughtful and generous gesture that made the occasion feel even more special. However, as this is marketed as a luxury property, we were disappointed by the level of in-room service and housekeeping. Before leaving for the evening, we specifically called to request turn-down service, fresh towels, and fresh cream for our coffee the following morning, as the suite is equipped with an in-room espresso maker. We were assured that everything would be taken care of, but when we returned to the hotel around 11:00 p.m., neither the turn-down service nor the fresh towels had been provided. That evening, I called a second time to request the cream for our coffee, but it never arrived. These may seem like small details, but they are the kinds of touches guests reasonably expect from a hotel at this price point. While the Miyabi Suite itself was beautiful and the anniversary gesture was greatly appreciated, the lack of attention to these service requests fell short of the luxury experience we had anticipated.
