Just be aware that the rooms (at least mine) has no air conditioning although a fan is provided. Otherwise, great room and location. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Great location in Canary Wharf, lovely restaurants and theatre an easy walk. Lots of green spaces and waterfront to explore. Rooms are clean, well maintained and have what you need, including blow dryers, ironing board and iron. Friendly staff and a well stocked snack bar at the front desk. Wonderful experience.

Tiny rooms with no breeze or A/C. When it’s hot, you’re better off sleeping outside the building.

The room and building were lovely, the space was efficient and the staff were fantastic. But unfortunately none of that could overcome the lack of air conditioning. I’m sure that somewhere in the description I could have read about this, but it needs to be in bold and above the fold. It’s simply not a reasonable place to stay in the summer, unfortunately.

Brilliant stay. Can’t fault them. Great price, great location, great staff and great stay. 5 min walk from Canary Wharf jubilee line (runs through the night Friday and Saturday).

Great sevice as usual . Room was ready at 1315 , but still had to pay £15 early check in which i found unreasonable ....

Cleaning staff appear to be a bit hit and miss these days - soap bottle left at sink open and empty as if it was going to be refilled but was forgotten about. No loo roll in the communal loo. Rooms are very hot in summer without aircon.
