This was the most adorable property with plenty of things to do. Clean pool, clean grills, lounge space that felt private by the creek.

Yes, place was wonderful. I mean like something out of a novel. This place was off the road, kind of tucked into a cul-de-sac of its own and I mean wow. We had a babbling Brook, a pool, a hot tub and wildlife almost crossing the property. Also, from this vantage point, we were able to navigate the city and figure it all out very easily meant to Springs is wonderful. It’s a small town and you can figure it out almost immediately. And I could’ve stayed anywhere in Manatee Springs, but this place was IT. Thank you, Town & Country cottages you made her stay dreamlike.

Two bedroom cottage was comfortable, well equipped and quiet. We didn’t use any amenities, but they seemed nice. Location was convenient for Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak.

I loved our stay here ! Everything was perfect. Clean and you definitely get the vibe of being in Colorado . The staff was incredible! The cottage was perfect, cozy and peaceful! I absolutely loved that the cottage came with dishes to use!! A PLUS . So close from downtown , from the incline and from the best parts to walk around and enjoy our stay ! Will definitely be coming back! Thank you

This place was perfect! It was cute, and clean with plenty of space. The location was perfect for sightseeing. Very quiet and beautiful property with mule deer wandering the area. Andrea was a wonderful hostess and we hope to stay again.

This place was adorable! It was roomy and very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the grounds were beautiful. We watched mule deer wandering on the property daily. Andrea was a great hostess! Very friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again in the future.

The cottages were very well kept and the owners were very friendly. The property had a lot of thoughtful items. Kid's playground, basketball, covered picnic tables with BBQ, ping-pong...
Comfortable located off the streets in a wooded area.

The room was really clean. The AC worked. Lol right beside a creek. Sooo cute. Beds were extremely comfy. Andrea was so sweet and kind. Parking was greak. Lots of space.
