The apartment was more than we hoped for, spotlessly clean and perfectly situated. The service was faultless, we were given a list of suggested places to visit and to eat and drink, which proved to be very useful. They even arranged our taxi to the airport. Thank you to Giacomo and Arthur and to housekeeping for helping to make our stay so enjoyable. The City itself was beautiful and was in easy reach of Bologna, which we visited by train and enjoyed very much. Venice was also within reach by train and there were regular buses to the Italian lakes. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Ambassador Apartment was absolutely outstanding—truly a 5-star experience! The team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. What really sets them apart is how far they’re willing to go for their guests. I accidentally left my passports at the hotel, and Arthur went above and beyond to help me. They arranged to have them sent overnight to Milan, which gave me such peace of mind during a stressful moment. Their level of care, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality is rare to find. I’m extremely grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only a great stay, but exceptional service. Thank you again, Giacomo and Arthur, for everything!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is in a perfect location. It is newly remodeled and is very comfortable. The service we received was excellent. We only stayed one night on our way to the Dolomites, but I had wished we could stay longer.
