The building itself is beautiful and in a great location. Staff is friendly and everything was nice. We had a small issue with a very common ant found in many places in Vietnam and they handled it quickly. Having such a beautiful wood hotel everywhere will surely bring some bugs so if you are someone who is extra squeamish I would stay somewhere else but if you aren’t I reccommend highly!
(For instance, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and don’t mind the ants, but if either of our mothers were here they would have completely left hotel at first sign of bugs and it would have been an ordeal haha)

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was nice as well but lacked a bit of variety on fruits compared to other stays in Vietnam.
We would return!

Fantasztikus The staff dealt with a minor issue quickly and professionally. The room was equipped with a comfortable work desk and plenty of plug sockets. Breakfast service was prompt, even during peak hours.

Housekeeping was thorough and respected our privacy. Room had intuitive climate control and fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast pastries were great.

The entire staff, from reception to restaurant, were polite and efficient. Our room had a great rain shower. Breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold options.

The reception team went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the garden opposite. The breakfast was good, but the coffee could have been better.

Check-in was smooth thanks to the polite staff. Our room had excellent soundproofing and blackout curtains. The breakfast area was crowded, but the quality of the food was high.
