Great spot, very quiet, clean and amazing staff. Unfortunately our room never got cooler than 25 degrees Celsius despite asking staff to look into it. Apparently our room was sharing the AC with 3 other rooms. So if anyone put it on a different setting, it would affect ours! So, in the 38 degree heat we got, it was pretty disappointing. They didnt have any fans either to help us! Stayed 3 nights. By the last evening I guess we got used to it. Ha! Oksana was an amazing staff, we really enjoyed her.

The room was tidy and comfortable, but could really do with some maintenance (wall was flakey/chipped, walls were dirty, shower head mount was broken. The little outdoor area was a nice feature. Breakfast was included, but VERY limited. Elevator is only available for staff, so was a bit of an ordeal walking up and down stairs after a long day. The biggest concern were the staff. While the lady that assisted with our checkin was fantastic, a couple staff members really liked to gossip about guests, which was witnessed every morning at breakfast. Location wise was good. Close to bus and train stops! Overall, the stay was good, however the staff experience in the mornings was off-putting.

Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel por la excelente calidad de sus instalaciones, la limpieza de sus habitaciones y la atención cordial y profesional de todo su personal. Durante mi estancia disfruté de un ambiente cómodo, seguro y tranquilo, con servicios que superaron mis expectativas. Su ubicación estratégica, junto con la relación calidad-precio que ofrece, lo convierten en una excelente opción tanto para viajes de negocios como de placer. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a quienes buscan una experiencia agradable y confiable.

Room clean, staff helpful, short walk to the collesseum.

Staff is very helpful, the room is small with an open yard. Close to Rome termini and some restaurants.

4/5 Stars. Stayed there with my partner (both 20s) We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Pros: - Clean room, helpful staff, very close to metro and good restaurants, breakfast good for Italian standards (be aware that Italian breakfast is typically lighter, no eggs or bacon more think more danish and coffee) always someone at the desk including night security, feels very safe. Cons: - Elevator doesn’t work, though wasn’t a problem for us might be for others. TV didn’t work either (unsure if it was just our room, and we did tell staff but staff working that night was unable to fix it, and we didn’t end up asking again because we were so busy). Mini fridge was also not working but wasn’t really a problem for us either. Quite a small room, bed takes up entire space of the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was that our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the a/c was leaking. There would sometimes be a weird smell in the bathroom likely due to the mold. You can also hear everything going on outside the room (other guests talking, people walking up and down the stairs).

The hotel was clean and the room, while quite small, was tidy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to how we were treated by some of the staff. In particular, we felt unwelcome during breakfast when trying to access the included food service - a more respectful and friendly approach would have made a big difference.

All the staff members were very kind. The small standard room and common spaces were clean. Bed was comfortable. Not a 3 star hotel in our opinion. TV did not work entire stay. Mini fridge did not work. Elevator was hit or miss. Shower drain was extremely slow and leaked onto the floor, so baseboard was rotten from wetness. No coffee one morning as machine broke down, next morning it was repaired but toaster was out of service. Staff apologetic but nothing they could do. None of the above too big of a deal but would not stay there again.
