The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though there were three large tour groups, we still felt valued. The room was very nice (although it could have used more light) We had a very enjoyable stay. It was an excellent jump-off point for the Plitvice lakes and waterfalls

Excellent staff, receptionist and restaurant- Lamar is A1. Laxmi is very courteous. Cook staff is very flexible. TV kept conking out, and AC was not on- we were asked to open the window- and we were right above where the tour buses park. Noisy. Especially when the tour bus is full of Chinese tourists- non stop loud noise. Difficult place to stay when the hotel is full of these buses.

Here’s your enhanced version with that detail added smoothly: Beautiful, clean, and modern hotel with a fresh, stylish atmosphere. The rooms were well-maintained and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. What truly stood out was the staff—exceptionally friendly, attentive, and highly professional, always ready to help with a warm attitude. The breakfast was fresh and more than adequate, offering a great start to the day. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

Conveniently located to the Plitvice national park, just a 10mins drive away! Kitchen closes late and had a wide variety of delicious food at breakfast. Rooms were spacious although bathroom was a little dated, it was still very functional!

The lighting in that place is atrocious. Why in the world they think dim lights are necessary is beyond me. The restaurant was clean, the staff was so so. They were unable to speak Croatian, and their English was mediocre at best. The food was OK, but the refrigeration in the room did not work, and I ended up having to toss $600 worth of medication.
