Great location and clean rooms

I love the place, it’s close to everything. The staff are really friendly

Our experience was disappointing due to several issues: Room Keys: We requested an extra key upon arrival, but the front desk said they were out and never followed up, despite our two requests. Air Conditioning: The room was uncomfortably hot with only a ceiling fan for cooling. Noise Levels: Noise traveled easily throughout the hotel, disrupting our stay.

Let me start off by saying this hotel is an example of you get what you pay for. The property itself is not bad: it’s in a nice neighborhood with a corner store at the end of the block so that you can get any things that you would need. I think the property leaves much to be desired when it comes to any kind of basic care. There are big things like no air conditioner, toiletries, guest services, a lobby, that you expect with a hotel as well as minor things like not even a spoon for guests or coffee/ tea machine. There is a QR code to scan if you need to reach the front desk that links you to a WhatsApp number which is a great idea since more and more hotels do not have phones included however, they were slow to respond and frequently the answer was no for any of the things that you might ask for. Specifically during my stay, my toilet stopped functioning, and I let them know and they returned, offering me a plunger to try and fix myself before eventually doing it. Not a lot of hospitality or accommodations with this accommodation. The rooms use an open air concept with windows to cool them off, so it is extremely noisy at night to the point of disturbing your sleep. I was unable to sleep through the night with guest just returning and closing their doors which is very reasonable when staying at a hotel. There is also no elevator so you hear people walking around constantly. Be mindful.

Staff are wonderful. Location is great. Room is small and comfortable. Room Walls are too thin and the loud snoring guest next door could be heard. I had earplugs but person was still too loud.
