The hotel is very well maintained and located close to the main market. However, it is adjacent to a half finished property with a stay order and a little difficult to find since it is behind another hotel. That being said the views from the 5th floor rooms that we booked-509 and 510 were worth a million bucks. Their breakfast is delicious and varied with hot and cold items and Indian and continental fare. Would recommend this place.

This was such a beautiful stay. I booked a suite with a mountain view. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. Mall road is just a walk away and theres plenty of cafes nearby. The staff were always willing to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The property is very well maintained, with great attention to detail and service.
The rooms with a view has a genuinely fantastic view of the Dhauladhar Range, especially room 405 and the ones next to it.
The food was also great in taste and quality. The breakfast menu is limited but great in taste.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious.
Be aware when booking, if it says no view it means there is no window.
There is not much sound proofing in the rooms, you can hear dogs barking all night.
Although the staff was friendly, I did find they were not too helpful. I had to check out a day earlier as the airport in Dharamsala was closed due to weather and I had to get to Chandigarh which is the next nearest airport (6 hr), so had to leave the day before. The hotel would not consider giving me any kind of refund.
The breakfast was also not great, it was just okay,

Tseing was very responsive and helped us celebrate my parent’s anniversary. The view from the hotel was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had good vegetarian options.
