Nagyszerű This hotel is in a wonderful location in Florence, just steps from the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio. Many of Florence’s most beautiful attractions are within a comfortable 10-minute or less walk, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows provided a great night’s sleep, and the spacious bathroom featured a lovely shower. While the air conditioning did not seem to cool the room quite as much as the thermostat indicated, it was still adequate overall. One thing to note is that there are quite a few stairs to reach the rooms. Although there is a small elevator, it begins on the second floor, so guests should be prepared for some stair climbing.What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. They were welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. We mentioned that we hoped to attend a Fiorentina football match, and they went above and beyond to help make it happen. The hotel is a bit farther from the train station, with a taxi ride costing approximately €30, but the central location and made up for it. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

This was the first place we have stayed at in our 3 weeks in Italy that received us with the air condition already on and all rooms were cooled. We had the family deluxe room with 1 double bed (which were 2 twins pushed together- not a big deal for us) and 2 twins pushed together beds, one for each of my teenagers. LOCATION was PHENOMENAL— close to all shops, historic sites and food everywhere. Staff were very warm and inviting. I would absolutely book here again if I find myself in Florence again!

Great location and air conditioning. Breakfast good. A couple flights of stairs to get to elevator. Great large room with high ceiling and (original?) wooden mouldings to stare at if you have jet lag. Our room had large old windows with a good view of the bell tower next to the property. Great bed.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They took great care of us and were very helpful. It is in a great location in Florance!
One note - the elevator starts at the 2nd floor, so you do have to walk up one flight of stairs. It was not a big deal for us, but it could be for others.

Our stay was so smooth and convenient. Accessible to all attraction by walking only. We did not catch a train at all.

Superb location near all of the important downtown historic Florence attractions. Staff was professional, friendly, and accessible. Beds were comfortable. Love the high ceilings and old world charm. We were a multi-generation family of six with one double and one quad. Everyone was happy.
