Very interesting building with lots of history. Room was a good size and shower was really large. Breakfast was simple but good. Fresh fruits with scrambled eggs and toast or croissant. Fresh juice, coffee and tea. Really close to the boardwalk, well within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Nagyszerű Staying at a historically famous house was the highlight of our trip. The owners were wonderful and gracious hosts and did everything possible to make our stay as well as possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing, Adriana and Seth were very hospitable and super kind/very nice to talk to. Adriana explained some history with the artwork that is displayed around the home, Seth gave great recommendations for nearby things to do. Breakfast was really nice. Room was very clean and tidy.
Very charming place to stay, I initially wanted a hotel but was very impressed by what the stay was like here. Would recommend for a nice weekend getaway to Santa Cruz.

It was a great stay , the couple that runs it , Constantine and Adriana are awesome , it was a great room and a good breakfast, will be back,

A quaint place with a sweet elderly couple from Europe. He is from Switzerland & settled in Santa Cruz after finishing school. The breakfast was a delicious croissant with scrambled eggs.

No closet. Would have preferred white sheets. Outdated room. Breakfast was limited. Host was very nice. Too expensive for this place. I was expecting a much nicer and well furnished room. Too much clutter everywhere on the property.
