It’s always a Vivie at the Asbury!

Loved my recent stay at The Asbury with my family. The lobby bar and live music were great and the staff is always so welcoming.

Great location to explore the Shore. Max on Reception was extremely polite and helpful.

Every is ok

I had a pretty great stay here but there are a few things I’d love to share that I saw other reviewers mentioned as well. For whatever reason our room did not have a functional AC unit, we had to inform the lobby and they instructed us they put in a ticket to get someone to turn it on however no one ever came or repaired it, the room was 71 degrees throughout our entire stay. Not very comfortable for sleeping - we could not open our window as it was crawling with critters and no screen. I’d like to note as well, the gentleman in the front desk stated that the AC unit had to be triggered by maintenance in order to truly turn on the air- stating that the control panel in the room does not fully turn it on, again this is something someone else mentioned too. Despite this, I am really pleased and would love to give this hotel another try! The ambiance and overall vibe are really inviting and the front desk folks and Valet were extremely pleasant. We got to enjoy some Coffee up front as well and it was very well made! I would love to come back and potentially try another room that has AC throughout the summer.

The Deluxe King room was about the size of a standard hotel room. Based on reviews mentioning how small the Standard rooms are at this hotel, I would recommend upgrading to the Deluxe King if space is important to you. The room itself was clean, and the hotel’s decor had a fun Nashville-inspired vibe. Staff were friendly overall. One thing to note is that valet attendants do not wait outside, so you need to go inside to locate them each time you need your car.
