We had a beautiful room with a view of the castle. The room had every amenity we could possibly ask for the shower was a little bit slippery. I did make a suggestion that they provide an extra mat for those of us were a little bit older and need some grip the staff was extremely attentive to our needs. The maid service was exemplary as well. Everything we asked for was provided, including great suggestions for restaurants we would definitely come back.

We found the room extremely hot due to no actual air con. The minimum temp was 21 and was put on cool, it couldn’t be controlled as was locked by admin. I complained about this issue but was something that couldnt be resolved. We found the toilet area unclean due to 3 bugs found there flying around. The location was ok but still quite a distance from the places we visited.

It was a great pleasure for us to stay at this excellent hotel in Naples.
We had been accommodated in a very beautiful, modern and comfortable room with a view of Castel Sant Elmo. The room, the bathroom and the whole property were impeccably clean and maintained. The hotel is located in Chiaia, which is in the best part of Naples in our opinion.
The girls at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by their professional attitude.
Would we stay there again? Tomorrow, if possible.

Highly recommend Poerio 25. Very nice spacious and well appointed bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and great location. Easy walk to the waterfront and nearby cafes and restaurants. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Vittoria was especially helpful giving great restaurant recommendations and, without asking, provided written instructions on public transport options to Herculaneum and Pompeii. Thankyou.
