Fantasztikus A prefect place to stay. Great location. With nice restaurants and bar. The best service , nice stuff. Very clean and tidy place.

Nagyszerű The area was very nice. Right next to a park with a fountain and a lot of flowers. Walking distant to an excellent restaurant just a round the corner. Room was very nice and everything worked great. The outside sitting area is very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were busy in finishing up our work and packing for the travel, and we thought there would be staff onsite to check us in anyway, so we didn't pay attention to the email notification.
By the time we arrived according to the address, we start to realized the hotel is just a unit within the same building and there were not response when we buzzed the building fate. And there are other residences of local family, we could not figure out which unit is the hotel, and how to get in the building as the sign of hotel unit on the building wall was written in Italian, and unfortunately we had trouble access the eSIM and thus not able to access my email for instruction. We were locked out of the building for about an hour (thankfully it was at noon time) and finally we were able to active our eSIM, accessed my email and checked in online according the email instruction.
I would appreciated if the hotel can warn us with the hotel setting via email, not just sending an message showing 'view message' that required several steps to review the actual message.

Overall appartment is nice, in every room thereis a bathroom, teapot and a tea set. The sheet and towels are clean.
We were informed that cleaning will be everyday, but basically only beds and cups were done. The floor and the bathroom were not cleaned every day.

Convenient location close to transportation. Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved.

This was a great place to stay! There were lots of restaurants around and the Colosseum was a 10/15 minute walk. It was close to the metro and the train station.

Átlag alatt Not as expected. Shower was dirty and didn’t drain well but mostly we ordered a twin room and got a single double bed. Not a good fit for our situation. Thin walls and could hear others fairly well. Sharing a microwave is a bad call too. The people in the next room were cooking fish.

Jó Check in process was absolutely terrible. Had to stay outside of the hotel in the dark to try and figure out who to call and how to check in. After figuring all of that out I got on a call with a lady who said that I need to send our passports to her over WhatsApp. When I asked if i can send some kind of other official document like drivers license she said no and it had to be the passport of both people who will be staying there.
