Loved the location by the park. Super easy and great space to stay with two kids. Laundry was helpful. View from the baths amazing. Was a perfect fit!

This is really a family-friendly hotel - the room we stayed in was huge (2 queen sized beds with a 2 bunk beds) and the hotel was really conveniently located. We could walk to Akihabara and it was literally only 4-5 stops from Ginza - or a 15-20 minute taxi ride (which cost about 2700 yen). Ella was really superb too - I had booked a room which I originally thought was sufficient for my family of 3 adults and 1 baby but we quickly found out that the bed situation was not ideal for my pregnant wife and toddler. I was trying my luck to get a bigger room and fortunately, there was one available. Ella showed me to the room before letting me decide if I want to take it. Could have been a disastrous holiday in Tokyo but for Ella's intervention. Thank you and we will be sure to stay with &here again whenever we are in Tokyo!!

This hotel was so perfect for our family. We arrived a couple hours before check-in so our room wasn’t ready. They let us do the check in process so that when we came back, we could just get our bags (that they held for us so we could start exploring without dragging luggage around) and room keys and head to our room. The location is perfect and close to train stations, shopping, and dining. The park across the street is perfect for quiet morning walks. The room was spacious and immaculate. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

We had a good stay at &Here Ueno. The property was clean, and in a great location. It was easy to get around, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The only disappointment was the breakfast. The dining area was very crowded, seating was limited, and the food selection was quite small. After trying it on the first morning, we decided to skip breakfast at the hotel for the rest of our stay and eat elsewhere instead. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here. The excellent location and well-maintained property made it a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Tokyo.
