Amazing resort. The staff was very helpful specially Brian, Linh and Luan. Luan made sure we got vegetarian Pho every morning at breakfast time. Property is amazing.

Rooms seemed mostly clean but had weird fragrance. The bathroom frosted windows were smudged with handprints. I wouldn’t walk around barefoot. Property seemed run down. One towel required a pool card. Difficult to get to to tower from main lobby - had to go outside. There was a guest smoking near the pool. The infinity pool was beyond small - the hotel pictures were taken by a very experienced photographer. In person did not look the same at all. Outdoor AC units in bedrooms. From the outside they were rusted. Overall felt like a dump.

Beautiful resort on clean blue water with white sand beaches. Eric at the front desk did everything possible to make my stay perfect! I highly recommend this beautiful resort with delicious food and fun activities! 10 stars!!!

Hotel itself and location and facilities were wonderful . service was a bit lacking. They seemed a bit chaotic and missed opportunities for cleaning , odd bits off rubbish outside of hotel rooms left for hours and general attention to detail in a 5 star. Prices were European and were 3-5x greater than locally available.breakfast was very busy

The breakfast buffet was yum and lots of variety. There are two pools and the beach area was nice. The hotel had 5x pet rabbits and Guinea pigs you can feed which was cute although they are mostly asleep in the heat of the day coming alive in the evening! Very close to old town only about 100k in a grab. Conscience store on the street out the front where you can get water/cokes/beers/snacks as hotel is very expensive 128k for a coke. Would stay here again

The hotel is absolutely huge ,very busy and very much set up for families with children so we hardly used the pools. Instead we hired bikes and cycled to An Ban beach every day which was a lot more relaxing for us. So yes, if you're a family with young children, it's great, but for couples wanting a quiet break, not so much . Staff were great , room was nice , but personally we wouldn't stay here again .
