Nagyszerű The hotel was very nice and the room was clean and modern. The staff was excellent and helpful and accommodating. There is a lot of walking in Florence. I thought the hotel was a little closer to the central area, but it wasn't a bad walk. My only complaint, which is not the hotel's fault at all, is that the road on which the hotel was located was all torn up and blocked off for construction or something. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. We had to walk to one end of the street, cross, and walk to the other end of the same street. More of an inconvenience but a bit of a pain with luggage. It was also an eye sore. But again, not really the hotel's fault, just a would-have-been-nice-to-know. The housekeeping was hard to work with. I

Nagyszerű Although the staff was very accommodating, the room was spacious, and a great location to everything, I wouldn’t stay again only because there’s construction in front of the hotel, which made it inconvenient getting around it. Also, the two nights I stayed I did not sleep because I could hear everything in the hallway and when someone closed and opened their door.

Front desk was amazing. The entire team had a positive attitude and a smile on their face whether we were coming back from a long day or a simple greeting in the morning. Location was great as it was close enough to the train station, Mercato Centrale, and the top tourist areas. Florence isn’t as big as Rome and much is within walking distance. Hotel feels pretty new. Loved their breakfast variety and quality. They even offered to give me a take away box if I was planning to do an early morning excursion! That’s awesome.

We got a spacious new room on the third floor, and 1 modern/renovated bathroom, The room had a special acess requiring a physical key.
AC worked well except for minor glitches with AC remote, but it cooled very well. They even provided 2 floor fans with our request. Good location, and customer service. Many good Italian and Indian food places and shopping very close. Walkable to many tourist places. Overall worth for the money paid, but wish we had 2 bathrooms (as we have 2 kids). Included buffet breakfast was very good. Customer service was great.

Maybe bring your own toiletries as they don’t have conditioner there. The rest is great. Room is clean, bedding and towels are soft and comfy. Location is convenient.

Great location, walking distance from city center and the main train station. With tram T2 easy to get to the airport. Rooms are spacious. Personel is kind, especially at breakfast.

This was a beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! The rooms are exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel!
