The property is in excellent condition, exceptionally clean. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were less than helpful. Failed to contact me for an organised wake up call, plus arrived at the restaurant at 6.10pm to be told, nothing available till 8.15pm, I should have booked was the staff response, and go next door to the Novotel for dinner.

The room we had was beautiful. New, spacious, modern & quiet. Excellent shower and separate WC. Bed extremely comfortable. Only downside was the 9th floor restaurant. Bright lights, noisy, unwelcoming. There was a group of kids yelling & screaming & jumping on lounge furniture. I complained to Maitre d' who said "nothing he could do"! Hopeless! The Novotel restaurant is much better.

The hotel is very close to the terminal, just behind Novotel. There is a walkway that is covered for about half way.

Clean quiet room on the 3rd level, room 315. We arrived late after a long haul flight and check in was slow with only one person dealing with this and a few couples checking in. Last time we checked in the guy said to us to take the trolley up to the room with our bags (probably as no one was able to help at the late hour of check in). This time the chap said no, we couldn’t. We had been on a safari, so had no wheels on our luggage and struggled to the lift. It seems there is some inconsistency here with this. The beds are comfortable and the shower is good. The shower gel and shampoo while eco friendly should be checked to make sure they actually dispense properly. We keep going back here for convenience but do question why, given the price

Nice and convenient place to stay especially with early flights. Found check in was slow as was getting our bags to our room. Bar on top floor was great, staff super attentive. Comfortable beds and room was spacious.
