The experience was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was we booked the king size bed suite and when we got there we were given the double bed suite instead . We paid for the king size bed room but we got a cheaper room instead so we lost money . Also the small room didn’t have a microwave and that’s one of the main reasons we got the king room . But after 2 days the staff were able to get a microwave in the smaller room . Overall great place to stay except for that one issue .

That it was just steps from 5th avenue. Anything you may need is just steps away. They had 7-eleven and Oxxo stores everywhere. Ac worked great rooms were spacious. My only thing was water pressure for the shower needs improved. Pool was too shallow to swim but you can lounge in it

Hotel was nice and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bathroom was not as clean as we would like and towels not always clean. However it was a pleasant stay with plenty of space.

Highly recommend this property. Perfect location. Few buildings are this spacious and well-made nowadays in PDC with all the new condos.

Overall great stay! Nice hotel, friendly staff, just around the corner from 5th Ave. Convenient with a 7/11 on the corner and Starbucks a block away. However there is no elevator and with a recent knee injury and my room being on the third floor, I panicked. However the staff were amazing and carried my luggage up and then down the stairs on check out.

Everything was perfect about the property as mentioned above. The only imperfection was the water pressure in the shower.
