The property and Staff are perfectly up to the level of what one can expect from the TAJ Brand 2 comments I would like to make (which gives this review less than perfect score) 1. This property seems to be more for couples and does not offer much for children - we were families travelling together, and there is limited activities / areas for kids (of any age) 2. the staff does little to promote local sightseeing / town visits and almost deter you from leaving the property - please do visit MG / Mall road and try local activities !

Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Visitors who are not citizens of India must obtain an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Sikkim. Each guest must have photocopies of their passport and Indian visa along with the original documents and 2 recent passport-sized photos to receive the permit. Guests can submit these documents at Melli and Rangpo entry checkpoints, Bagdogra Airport's Sikkim Tourism Booth, and Sikkim House in Kolkata or Delhi.
