I really enjoyed my time at this property. This is a very nice location. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very nice and also the food at the restaurants are very good. I only have one complaint about this place, which is a pretty legitimate complaint. So basically I spilled a soda on the table and I used the towel to clean up my spill and of course the soda was a Pepsi so the towel is now brown because I had to clean up the spill and they charged me eight dollars/500 pesos because the towel was brown. That I did not understand. How can you charge me for using a towel to clean up a spill soda that’s kind of crazy. so what was I supposed to do? Just leave the soda on the table? Well that’s my only gripe about this place. I didn’t understand that. I use a towel to wipe up a spilled Pepsi and you charged me eight dollars/500 pesos please help me understand.

Extra friendly staff

Due to the nature of my job, I travel abroad for business every week, and I think this hotel would be in my top ten worst hostels I have ever stayed at. The condition of the hotel itself wasn't bad, but some of the staff (at reception) were completely unprofessional. Their reaction was essentially, "Refunds aren't available according to policy, so what are you supposed to do about it?" Furthermore, when I requested a room upgrade (paying extra), they demanded double the cost of rebooking the room. Their attitude is incomprehensible.

This is my go-to place while in Quezon City.

Very well kept and maintained. Will stay here again in the future. Perfect location with many places to eat and entertainment within waking distance. Very budget friendly also! 10 out of 10!

Friendliness of staff

Pleasantly surprised. Staff are courteous and very professional. Room is good. The pool is not that clean I noticed. And the wifi is fast but sometimes goes off.

We traveled as a large group, including kids, and I truly feel we made the right decision when it came to price, location, and friendly staff. The place was clean and safe. There were a few minor issues that needed fixing, but they were addressed right away, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fair for the price, and it was very convenient to just go downstairs and not worry about what to eat. The staff were wonderful, especially Jomar, who provided exceptional customer service. He never missed a beat greeting each and every one of us, always with a smile on his face, which made our stay even more pleasant. They are also very serious about cleanliness and damages—any stains on towels (including face towels) or other items may result in a room charge upon checkout, which is good to know in advance. They kindly stored our belongings while we traveled to other islands in the Philippines, with the expectation that we would check in again before heading to our next destination—this was extremely helpful. We also appreciated that they called or emailed us if anything was left behind in the room, which showed great attention to guests. The location was very convenient, with laundry services around the corner, as well as banks, grocery stores, and shopping centers all within walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
