I had an excellent stay at The Cosy Inn Hanoi Hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing—super helpful, respectful, and always ready to assist with anything needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet, and well maintained. My room was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated, and the TV had multiple options for entertainment. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it perfect for exploring Hanoi. Even though the surrounding area can be lively and noisy at night, the room was impressively quiet, and I could not hear any outside noise. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service in an unbeatable location. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

room is spacious and clean. staff are very nice and helpful, especially the staff in front desk (can't remember his name) he help me carry my luggage from the street. location is good, close to everything in old quarter.if i'm going back to hanoi , i will stay in cosy inn again..

This place was amazing. So good that we are going back again at the end of our trip. The breakfast is amazing, the staff very helpful, it’s very quiet at night and the location is perfect!!! Highly recommend for solo or groups!
