had a wonderful stay here during my trip to Seattle. It was about a 43-minute walk to Pike Place Market, which worked well for me and gave me a chance to explore the city. The accommodations were clean, quiet, and felt very private, even with the shared communal spaces. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and affordable place to stay in Seattle.

Conveniently located in Seattle. Great communication from the owner. Nice common area with full kitchen. Great value for the price. We would stay again.

Nice little place to stay about 12mins drive outside of main downtown area. I uber/lyfted easily. I would not recommend walking around by the house, there were some weird people out. But if you just get picked up and dropped off, you’re good. The house was very clean. I didn’t spend any time in the kitchen/living room, but there’s a full fridge for anyone to use. Full kitchen with everything you might need to cook. There’s a couch and TV, comfortable area to hang out. There is a full washer and dryer to use - super convenient and I actually used them. He leaves laundry pods out, which is a nice touch so you don’t have to get soap. Although there were no dryer sheets - I was a little bummed by that because my clothes did come out quite static-y. The room was great, I was in room #3. You get your own personal bathroom with a couple of towels, hand soap and a big jug of body wash (which worked out great for me because my bar soap was the 1 thing I forgot to pack - so I actually got use of the soap.)The bathroom has a fan. There were 4 hangers in the closet, wished there were a few more. There’s a personal mini fridge, a very good size. A desk with a stool. An AC unit that I had running the entire time I was in the room and worked great (turned off when I wasn’t there of course). There is heat as well on the wall (summer so I did not use that). And a Roku TV with all the apps you could need. Easily connect up your account and watch your shows. The bed is SUPER COMFY! Good stay!!

Everything is quite nice, the rooms are good amenity wise, and the check in and checkout process are smooth. I didn’t end up using the shared spaces and had to be a little careful coming in at night but besides that this is great! And very accessible; though not to Link; but through a bus you can get there.

Just a little confusing with the photos. As long as you recognize the bedroom is actually quite small. It has a bed with a bathroom. Then there's community room that is open.

Great location in the heart of Seattle. Walking distance to coffee shops and public transportation to get you anywhere you need to get to in Seattle. Different concept hotel with shared kitchen and living room. Private bedroom and bathroom. Free laundry available, they provide detergent which was amazing!! Parking could be difficult but we were able to find convenient and free parking on the street. Very nice neighborhood.

Loved the decor inside the property and the shared common area. Very clean and well maintained. Check-in was very confusing and kind of frustrating. Also, the 2 flights of very steep stairs were a nightmare. We are in our 60s with mobility issues. We had a 2 large and 2 small suitcases. The location of property is in a very sketchy area and not walkable to anything. We did not feel safe outside of the property.

Great place

This is my first time using a shared house. The guests from New Zealand are wonderful! I did not interact with the other guests, but they are cordial and civil. Overall, the entire place is clean; the kitchen, the refrigerator, the laundry room, and the living room are well kept.
