Front desk staff were all friendly and quick to address any issue we brought to them. When checking in we told them we were going to miss out on the Breakfast as we had an early flight. They quickly advised us that a boxed breakfast could be prepared for us that we could pick up when we checked out. That was very much appreciated. We stayed here for four nights at the start of our Portugal trip and for the final night before we flew home. A convenient location with a subway stop right outside the hotel.

Breakfast was really good and used the gym, could use more dumbbells but overall we had a nice stay before flying home

Great Location, but no shuttle to airport though. The buffet breakfast is great. Housekeeping has room for improvement, we had some clogging issues in the shower and sink. The staff were friendly. I would go back for the location.

Not in a great area and the building is kind of old- we realized by the time we settled in to sleep that our AC wasn’t working. The staff were really nice and speedy though

Bathroom has great amenities: cosmetic mirror, double wall mirror, large shower stall with adjustable shower head. Hotel provides complimentary bottled water daily. Issues with room 1803 was dealt with quickly: low hair/wash in shower and USB not working. Could not get air conditioning to work. Hearty beakfast. Bedding smell fresh.
