Excellent stay for 4 nights (with my husband and daughter). Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean rooms, access to rooftop deck for sunset and morning views of Volcano Popocopetl. Nice to have fitness room, but it could use a couple of mats and a few more weights and some other bands/balls/etc. one machine was not operating when plugged in but I was able to use it without power. Filtered hot and cold water was available in the lobby. Nice stay !

This is a great hotel if you are on a budget. The staff couldn't be nicer, everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies were so pleasant. It's walking distance to many places. Water pressure and hot water are both great. It's clean and bright. There's no coffee pot or fridge in the room if that matters to you. I didn’t care as there are plenty of places to get coffee or a bite to eat. Women travelers might want to bring a makeup mirror as my bathroom was backlit and it would have been tricky to put make up on. I think some bathrooms have natural light and some are back lit so maybe contact the hotel and ask or bring a makeup up mirror and put it on the desk where you have plenty of natural light. I will stay there again if I ever make it back to Puebla.

I like this hotel, not only because the staff is friendly, but it has location. The plaza is closed a lot of stores, restaurants and bars it is for both adults and children
