The staff is completely useless. Do not ask them anything they are completely hopeless. The Chinese restaurant in the lobby is good but the prices are absurd The menu is difficult to understand and again the staff is useless. We ended up with an enormous amount of food enough to feed 6 people while there were only two of us dining. The concierge service has ruined a part of our vacation by not confirming our car rental. They just told us whatever we wanted to hear and let us deal with the consequences. The beds are comfortable-ish. Pillows are good. The air conditioning functions. Overall a great property but completely hopeless as far as service goes.

The room wasn’t as shown on the app. Compared to the cost it should’ve been better. Also, there was an extreme noise in the next room which couldn’t allow us to sleep!! The location is good though.

Pros: -Location -Staff Cons: -Smelly lobby and rooms because of the restaurant underneath; nobody likes to wake up with a smell of soy sauce and onions; utterly horrible! -Curtains in the room was dirty -Rain shower was leaking

The hotel was beautiful, The room was very clean and tidy, the staff were kind and always helpful and very friendly and respectful! We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!

I picked a Superior Room which is supposed to be 301sf according to the info on Expedia. I was given a room of 240sf. Storage space was so limited I had to leave most of my clothes in the suitcase except for the next two days.After complaining, I changed into a better room of 270sf. My sister picked an executive studio (290sf) paid $70 less than me and the room was over 300sf according to the hotel. I am extremely upset that I was misled by the information provided by Expedia.
