Fantasztikus This was the first leg of our Thailand trip and this place really left a great impression, they were the bar of comparison to other hotels we stayed at-and frankly no one beat them. The staff is incredible, easily the best hospitality for the whole trip. The team is wonderful and made our trip to Chiang Mai memorable-we will definitely be coming back!

Fantasztikus LOVED IT! The location is perfect, next to the large food market in the old town. Yet it is quiet and serene inside the walls surrounding the hotel and its refreshing pool. Rooms and beds are very comfortable and we loved the terra-cotta decorations throughout. The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful to make arrangements for tours, transportation or cooking classes (our trip highlight).

The staff were so kind, friendly, and lovely!!
Rooms were clean, pool was amazing, and every morning breakfast staff and breakfast were amazing! Can’t wait to go back and very close to everything!

Beautiful hotel, with the kindest staff!!! We had a great stay at this hotel. They even helped my husband to organize some flowers/ chocolates in the room for my birthday. So helpful with local recommendations. Incredible stay

We had the most amazing stay at Terracotta Arts Hotel and honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Chiang Mai because it is so beautiful and has the best service.
The property feels like a hidden oasis, with lush gardens, gorgeous architecture, and an incredible infinity pool that looks like something out of a magazine. Everywhere you look is picture-perfect. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. The level of hospitality here is unlike anything we’ve experienced.
We stayed in the House, just steps away from the main hotel, and it was perfect for our family. It was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, with every bedroom having its own bathroom. We loved having the extra space while still enjoying full access to all of the hotel’s amenities.
The hotel also offers daily cooking classes. The location is in the heart of the Old City, and one of our favorite restaurants, Faces, is directly across the street. Beautiful and delicious.
Overall, this hotel is what made our visit truly memorable and i would highly reccomend it.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel right at home. The property is stunning, well-maintained, and creates a relaxing atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 10/10 experience!
