Our one bedroom apartment was recently upgraded, by the looks. And they did a great job. 2 TV's, great shower head, new bathroom, new carpet, stone bench tops, leather lounge. Free parking. Great location. And old school prices. Perfect for a short or long term stay. Our second trip here in the last month.

So far the most convenient spot we ever stayed with bonus free parking and array of dining places to explore and the flexibility of stay allowed us to extend our stay longer than expected with ease.

Convenient, accessible, value for money and staff are very helpful, honest and flexible. The big bonus for us was the free parking. It made our stay stress free as we deal with uncertainty.

I was pleased to see the restaurant and bar have reopened for breakfast and dinner. Good value for money, staff are helpful and efficient. Clean and tidy, convenient to city

This property should not have the Breakfree logo as it does not live up to the chains standard. The initial room we were placed in was utterly uninhabitable with the blue sofa looking like it had human fluids on it, black marks on the walls, other guests belongings in the room. The room we were moved to after much effort was although old at least was semi clean. The shower kept breaking and although the maintenance guy came up, "repaired it" it broke twice again. The holder for the shampoo/conditioner kept falling off the wall, was reglued twice and smashed again. The balcony has chicken wire on it so that you looked out through little squares. Overall, the property is absolutely sad and doesn't even remotely live up to the brands other properties, even in the same city.
