The hotel is incredibly close to Narita airport and extremely convenient. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious!

La compétence et l'amabilité du personnel ; la proximité de l'hôtel près de l'aéroport et surtout la régularité des navettes méritent d'être mentionnées. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très diversifié.

Wonderful stay! For less than $70, a $20 full buffet breakfast, and $10 for access to pool, hot tub, sauna and public bath. The extra cost was well worth it! Only a few guests were using the pool area facility that evening. Equivalent to a place 3x the cost in the U.S. Only issue was I was told the wrong room at first, and had to contact the front desk. I stored my luggage with them the next day, and used their lobby area for several hours with chairs and tables offset from front desk.

Overall, a good hotel, the dining inside the restaurant is pretty expensive but they do have a buffet. I’d like that they have two convenience stores inside the hotel, which makes it helpful though. There’s really nothing to do outside of that hotel. The area is pretty industrial. But the transportation to and from the airport is very convenient.
