I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff was so kind, and so accommodating! It was in the heart of the town, with a wonderful view. Best of all? AC was top notch. The room stayed very cool. Showers got very hot!
We had such a nice time.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. There was a bit of a communication gap between Hotels.com and the staff, but we rectified that with a quick phone call they met us at the train station and help us carry our luggage as well. They were very accommodating and helpful and discussing how to navigate most effectively around town. The view was incredible and perfect location with food, stores, cocktails and gelato close by. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you again for a memorable two days in Cinque Terre. Ciao.

This was a great location in Riomaggiore. There was a unique way to get to it but someone met us at the train station and helped us get to our room. For seniors it has a lot of steep stairs and alleyway. Not sure I would stay again because of that. The staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. Restaurant close by was good also.

Fantasztikus Very nice location. Very helpful staff. Met you at train station on arrival to show you how to get to their place. Close to the marina. Nice suggestions on restaurants and boat activities

It was a beautiful room, in a great location, and with the friendliest staff. Nico even met us at the train station and walked us to the room, showing us places to go, eat, and shop along the way. We had a wonderful experience staying here, and would absolutely recommend.

Very friendly owner who helped greet us and show us the way as well as carry luggage which was very well appreciated.
Room is minimal and economical, nothing fancy but that is expected for what was advertised.
The room did the job and air conditioning was adequate given it was very hot when vacationing here.
Bedding was adequate but not great.
A bonus with the window provided a view of the water.
Overall no major issues, and was adequate and served its purpose.
