I was not expecting much as it was a bargain basement price . Hotel is dated and looks tired .
The room was clean , bathroom spotless and the bed was really comfy .
Staff were extremely helpful .
Definitely recommend for a tight budget was perfect

We arrived and checked in at 2pm, we went to our room and it was discussing. There was blood on the toliet and bunch of hair. The beds were slightly dirty. The room smelled liked mold. We went to the front desk and I was less than happy with the front desk. We checked out and left to another hotel.
I would not stay at this hotel.
I am currently trying to get a refund through expedia.

Unfortunately we had a present waiting for us in the toilet bowl that made us wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned! The online check in is a bit of a faff and we thought there would be no staff around but there were, and they were friendly. The hotel is a bit past it’s best but wasn’t expensive and we were only for 1 night.

Fantasztikus There and had 8 rooms for a trip away and was perfect clean hot shower comfortable beds stress free stay

Átlag alatt If you are ok staying in a hostel from the'80s then this is the place for you... the bedding and the 1 towel was clean, but older fixtures showed decades of dirt that hadn't been wiped off... definitely didn't see pictures of this place before booking

This was the most dilapidated, dirty, stinky room I’ve had ever booked. Where to start . . . The walls were stained, the ceramic tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and broken, the room stunk of strong disinfectant, there were many spiders, and the bed was lumpy like an old straw mattress. The place was incredibly bad in every respect. We were there for ten minutes before we chose to leave. We didn’t even stop at the desk and ask for a refund, as we kind of knew how that would go, and time was short to find a descent hotel. I think this room is used to scam travellers out of the rate they’ve pre-payed online. I hold Expedia responsible for this swindle as Expedia chooses to host this place on their site.

Don’t attempt to stay here. Booked the room the week before. When I turned up at the front desk I was told my booking had been. Cancelled. Expedia wasn’t informed and neither was I. Aberdeen was full due to a conference that was on so I struggled for another room. Ended up paying £255 elsewhere and was lucky to get that. Expedia can’t get in touch with the front desk at the hotel and neither can I. The OYO support line are denying all knowledge of the booking so as it stands I’ve paid for a room I don’t get. This happened to a number of others who were at the same meeting as me so not a one off. Shocking service from this hotel.
