Fantasztikus
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped me book tours and made sure I was able to get to the airport. I felt very safe. The breakfast was amazing.

This was my second time in Hanoi and loved this hotel. Very cute and charming with a French feel. Wonderful room, breakfast was amazing and location was walkable to Old Quarter, Hanoi Cathedral and the Lake.The staff is what makes this hotel exceptional. They really do go the extra mile. In particular, Alex at reception, a big shout out to him who went out of his way to help me with my long term storage problem and other issues at the last minute. Ì have already booked to stay at this hotel when I return to Hanoi in January.

This was our second time staying here. Since our last stay 3 years ago, they have opened up a beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar. The staff are incredible, and give you 5 star service...especially Rose and Rachel at the front desk! Please do yourself a favor and get a massage at the spa!

I had a pleasant stay at Hanoi Lion Hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help especially , Long and Rose. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a convenient stay. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore Hanoi’s main attractions, restaurants, and local markets. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service and good value for money.

Right next to PhucLong, the Starbuck right there, walk down a little bit you can enjoy Pho Ga Nguyet oh the🚂 tracks near by .I like how the cleanest, the room is cozy, the staff are nice. I was booking for the airport drop off at 4 am and the driver overslept 😂. The staff was try out there way to make sure the driver drop me off on time. The only I don’t like about breakfast. I was there 4 nights but only tryouts 1. Wells who gona eat at the hotel while you are in HaNoi lol.
