This was my first time staying at a boutique hotel and it was a great choice. Not only was the price great, but the room was a good size and I enjoyed the snacks and toiletries. It was also very quiet— I slept very well. The Coach House is about a 20 minute walk (5-10 minute Uber) into the town square. The weather was great so I enjoyed the walks. Water was hot and pressure good.

Beautiful and fun property. The room and building was very clean. The staff are very kind and prompt. 10/10 recommend.

Fantasztikus Such a cute and charming hotel. The rooms were lovely. Was a nice distance from the downtown area of Salem without being in the middle of the chaos.
Our room felt updated and modern where it needed to be while still maintaining the old charm of the historical home.
Check in and check out was seamless and communication from the hotel was great.
The helpfulness of the textable concierge left a lot to be desired but that’s our only negative.

Not really a fan of the whole digital thing....but the property is cute. Expedia indicated the room had a fridge, but apparently you have to rent them in advance ($50+). Luckily, they were able to have one brought in... complimentary, since it was for my meds.

Loved everything about the hotel!! Beautiful and very clean and cozy for the four of us. Had an overall great time. Can’t wait to be back!!
