Very well positioned with a tram stop opposite, bus station over the road and train station within 5 mins walk. Breakfast was busy and the bacon oddly was shredded. Some items weren't updated as quick as ideal. Rooms are standard HIEX rooms but no safe in mine (401) which isn't the norm. Amazing environmental policy of exchanging no room refresh for drinks tokens for the bar. Brilliant idea.

Best that I can ever say is that the staff manning the property are very friendly. Love to stay at Holiday Inn because of warm welcome and straightforward dealings with staff. That's more important. Cheers.
