Excellent location, especially for a first visit to Osaka. Good room size, some with their own laundry. The immediate area around the hotel is pretty calm but a quick walk and you're in a very busy and fun area. Quick walk to Namba station which connects you to the amazing public transit system - we did say trips to Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara during our stay.

The hotel location was excellent and is main central area and very easy to travel around in Osaka. The beds were comfortable but teh rooms were small and not practical and the lighting was poor and very dark.

Great choice to be right in the middle of shops, bars, and restaurants around Shinsaibashi, and 5 mins walk to the metro. Bed was comfortable and liked that you could request partial clean (change towels, empty bins, restock water/coffee) by putting a magnet on the door. The only downside was poor lighting in the room. Very dark, with dark decor. However, that said, would recommend and would stay again.

Nice rooms but very dark. Colours are dark and very low lighting. Room layout was a bit odd but a very good location. Central to everything

The staff is very helpful. We were greeted by Mr. Laurentius, he was very friendly and helpful. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. (This is our first time in Japan). Love the decor of the hotel. The location is good, close to Dotomburi. It is nice to be able to grab necessary amenities from the lobby instead of having to ask reception for them. Room is very clean and the laundry is easy to use. The instructions is very easy to follow.
