Very clean compact and good price and would stay again.
AC was not working during our stay but otherwise all good.
Google maps leads to the caravan park instead of the car park which is towards Ibis hotel.
Can check in after 10pm but there won't be any assistance if a problem.
Bed sheets but need to make own beds.
No towels. Dishwasher tablet is provided. Bathroom door is in the bunkbedn area so can disturb kids if use during night.

I booked the room for 5 persons as it showed that there is a double bed and a big bunk bed which can allow 3 people to sleep. However, the bunk bed doesn't work like this. The top bed is too narrow and close to the ceiling that my daughter wasn't able to climb down by herself. It ends up that one of us had to sleep in sofa. We are quite disappointed about this.

The room was very well equipped, with a full range of tableware and cooking utensils provided. It had everything needed for preparing meals, making the stay convenient and comfortable.

The property was clean and neat! I did get a call from the host after the booking but it was not made clear that I had to bring my own toiletries like hand wash etc. This is very basic!

The appartments arent easy to find. We drove around for a while before finding them by chance. Nothing a few extra signs wouldn't fix.
Unfortunately, the corridors where full of bags and cleaning equipment when we arrived. Considering we arrived after check in, id have thought the cleaning would have been competed before we had arrived and all rubbish/bedding removed from the corridors before new guests arrive as it doesnt give a great first impression. The apparent was mostly clean but had empty bottles under the sofa.
I do feel the expectation to have to make up and strip down the beds as well as taking out the rubbish was a bit much. This cuts into your arrival time and doesn't leave much time in the morning of departure.
The beds are compfortable and its a good size for 4 people (2 adults and 2 older teens) but unfortunately, theres no natural air flow due to no windows. This caused me and my son to both get migraines which impacted us the following day.
These are lovely apparents but unfortunately, wouldn't stay again

We stayed here after seeing some mixed reviews, so we went in with an open mind—and we’re really glad we did. We even had a call with the property a couple of days before arrival, which was helpful and put us at ease.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, well cared for, and in a great, convenient location within a charming small town. We visited during the winter and loved how peaceful and cozy the area felt—it was a perfect getaway.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already considering coming back in the summer to check out the water park, which looks like it would be a lot of fun.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others. We’re definitely looking forward to returning!
